Change of Address

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you have not received your package within 5–8 business days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If your order is left at your address while you are away and arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible for support.
